取引報告書兼証拠金受領通知書及び取引残高報告書（日次）に関するご案内

お客様各位

2023年4月11日

この度、FTX Japanをご利用分の取引報告書兼証拠金受領通知書及び取引残高報告書（日次）について、Liquid Japan Web版による電子交付が完了いたしました。ご案内が遅くなり、ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ございません。

ご利用につきましては、以下の手順に従ってください。
　１．右上の「ウォレット」のタブから「取引レポート」をクリックしてください。
　２．「Liquid Japan」または「FTX Japan」のボタンをクリックし、「日次」を選択してください。
　３．抽出したい期間を設定し、「検索」を実行してください。
　４．取引レポートのPDFがダウンロードできます。

なお、本書面の対象範囲は、FTX Japanがサービスを開始した2022年4月4日の午前9時（日本時間）から、当社の親会社であるFTX Trading Ltd.が自身およびその子会社・関連会社を代表して米国デラウェア州破産裁判所に連邦倒産法第11章、いわゆる「チャプター11」の適用を申請した2022年11月11日までとなります。今回の交付は都合により、2022年10月31日分までとなりますが、11月1日以降分については、あらためてご案内いたします。

※取引報告書兼証拠金受領通知書及び取引残高報告書は、FTX Japanで最初の取引が行われた日から取引履歴の対象となります。また、FTX Trading Ltdの口座からLiquid Japanの口座に資産を移管された場合、移管日以降が取引履歴の対象となります。

Notice on Daily Transaction Statements

11 April 2023

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that your daily transaction statements are now available on the Liquid Japan web platform.

To extract your daily transaction statements, please follow these steps:
　１．Go to the “wallets” tab located on the top right and click on “report”.
　２．Under “Liquid Japan” or “FTX Japan”, select the“daily” button.
　３．Set the date range and click on “search report”.
　４．Your report will be generated and available for download as a PDF.

Please note that the transaction history period begins from when FTX Japan began services at 9:00 a.m. on April 4, 2022 (JST) until October 31, 2022, due to the parent company FTX Trading Ltd.'s voluntary filing for Chapter 11 protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. We will provide you with further information regarding the transaction history after November 1, 2022.

* Your transaction statement begins with the first transaction made on your FTX Japan account. If your account has been transferred from FTX Trading Ltd, the daily statement will cover activities from the transfer date onwards.
